Places to go for a facial etc. around Stuttgart
I looked and looked for a spa myself...I am usually a fan of the Four Seasons, the best place I could find was Le Spa at Le Meridian hotel in downtown Stuttgart...
The Marriott in Sindelfingen also offers some spa services (hot chocolate massage, pedicure).
Does the Millenium Hotel offer these services? If so, that might also be a good place ...
A friend of mine goes to Filderado (this is by the airport). This is the website: http://www.fildorado.de/ (you can try to translate using babelfish)
The SI (Millennium) and Pullman (formerly the Fontana) also have spa services.
If you are interested in the Turkish Hammam, both the Millennium and Filderado offers that service.
If anyone is interested in a bikini wax, the Millennium does not provide that service, the Pullman does.
