ISS BaSICS international school in Stuttgart

We are considering enrolling our kids (4yrs and 8yrs) in ISS BaSICS International School of Stuttgart, we would appreciate any parental feedback as it relates to the school and program.

We enrolled our 4 year old to attend ISS this fall. I have not heard anything bad about ISS except for the cost. When we took the tour the teachers were very informative as to what happens on a day to day basis. Our son attended a 2 day( half days) preschool in the states, the biggest change for him will be the 5 days a week (full days). I suggest taking the tour!

Thanks for your response. We definitely planned on touring the school upon our arrival. I have the option of registering my boys at DODDS school but i think sending them to ISS will be more advantageous in the long run.

We also had the choice of DODDS or ISS, we went the ISS route for several reasons but our understanding is that the DODDS schools, while very good, where very crowded. Maybe we will meet you at ISS! Best of Luck!

Hi, I'm new on this site~just received "orders in hand" yesterday. Although we have the option to enroll my eleven year in RB (DoDDS), I am considering German or International School. We will be living close to the Robinson Barracks area. What is around there?
