English speakers in and around Görlitz

Just wondering if anyone knows English speakers in Görlitz or Löbau?

The German press has run several articles of late, declaring Görlitz to be "Germany's pensioners' paradise". Apparently, several thousand pensioners have decided to move from West Germany to Görlitz because of the low prices and the high quality of life. Not sure how many of them speak good English, though...

Hi, I have just bought a former hotel near Löbau. I am planning to re-open it next year but am visiting it this coming week for 2-3 weeks to get some work started. My fiance & young son will be moving too. We are originally from the UK.
