CSS developer/HTML template creation

We are a small web design/development agency, originally from London, operating from Kreuzberg, Berlin, working for mainly UK based medium-sized businesses, including e-commerce.

We are looking for someone highly experienced in converting PSDs to live web pages and checking for cross browser compatibility and accessibility, W3 standards compliance etc.
Knowledge of jQuery also important.

We'd begin with one project but with a view to ongoing freelance work. You would have the option to work from our office or from home but we are really only considering developers based in Berlin so that we can easily meet to discuss projects.

Hello...i just saw your post a lil' bit later. But i hope it's not late enough. Maybe we still can join our forces somehow. I usually do all the CSS/XHTML work on my agency.
