I want to go and if anyone wants to come with, then that would be good too. I'll take a train in the afternoon and back the same night - last train seems to be at ten past midnight and it's only 45 minutes.

Update: tickets are €18.95 and available from the ticket office in Karlsplatz. I bought my two at lunchtime, and everyone is welcome to join us. I'm not sure if Ingolstadt is covered by a Bayern ticket, but if it is then it makes sense to buy one on the day.

So funny! I had a conversation with someone a few weeks ago in portland over these guys. Did not know they were still together. Should be a good show I have seen them several times at Crystal ballroom as well as other venues. 19 Euros is a good price.

But Salzburg is covered by the Bayern Ticket, and that's in Austria! I wasn't sure if Ingolstadt actually was Bavaria, but now I know it is we can all huddle together under a single Bayern Ticket. This is why I like Germany.

I might be catching a ride out there, will post when I know.

and I just emailed them to ask if they were ignoring the smoking ban and they wrote back (within ten minutes!) and said no, they will stick to the law. Whew! After tonight at the Pschorr I thought I'd have to cancel.
