I am looking for someone or maybe a couple to help me with managing my apartment as a holiday let. What I need is someone to be available to hand over keys to people, take their money and when they have gone to clean the apartment and get it ready for the next guest. This will include getting bedding changed and laundered. You would have to be flexible as people will be coming and going on an irregular basis as minimum stay is two nights but people can stay for as long as they require.
The apartment is on Großbeerenstraße in
Kreuzberg. You must be able to get there easily so living in the area would be a big advantage.
I need someone who speaks good English and German and any other languages would be a bonus.
Please get in touch if you are interested or have any questions.

Hey,
I just read your job offer and I`m really interessted.
I´m living on Tempelhofer Ufer right at the corner of Großbeerenstrasse. So it only would be a jump away from the apartment. Right now I´m already working for a swiss cultural foundation, who sends scholars on a work recidency to Berlin. I´m managing everything that has to do with the artiststudio/apartment, handing over keys, keeping a journal on the whole interior of the place, doing the basic cleaning after each residence has left and getting things organized like replacing items etc.. It`s not fulltime, therefor I still have free capacities and I`m also very flexible.
I´m a native german, but I lived in London for a couple of years, so I guess my english is acceptable.
If your interessted please call 0178-18 00 650

Hi!
My name is Lucy (25) I am currently studying here in Berlin but am originally from Wales. I was however brought up in Hamburg and Munich so speak German as fluently as English. Currently I am living in
Kreuzberg and would be more than happy to take on whatever is required to ensure the smooth running of your holiday home lettings. I have some experience as I worked in some youth hostels and B'n B's in New Zealand and am a very outgoing friendly and most importantly reliable person.
Please let me know if you would be interested in meeting, I would be more than happy to provide personal and employment references if needed. My last job was a secretarial role at Goldman Sachs in London over the summer so although somewhat different it was great for my organisational and people skills.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards,
Lucy

We (a couple) could definitely help with this. Between the two of us we could offer 5 languages (English, German, French, Spanish and Iranian) and live close by. Feel free to contact in case the job is still on offer.

Hello Natalie Broadhearst,
this is what you wrote to me Oct.9th (3rd mail):
"The job is still available, I would like to meet you when I am in Berlin. I am trying to confirm the dates I will be in Berlin. I was hoping to be there from the 17th October but it may be a little later. I will not be offering the job to anyone until I have had the opportunity to meet with people. I will let you know as soon as I find out when I can do this.
Kind Regards
Natalie"
29th I wrote:
"Hello Natalie,
it`s me Andrea from Berlin. I applied for your job offer and you were going to come to Berlin to get to know the applicants and do the interviews. I`m just writing to let you know I´m still very much interessted and I hope we can meet when you`re here.
Best regards
Andrea"
You never got back to me!
So, you never told me the position is already occupied. Thank you for that.
This is not what we call good behavior.
A.
