Sperrmüllkarte - annual bulky-waste collection

Advice on using this waste collection card

The Landkreis of Barnim, in common with other local government districts I suspect, operates a scheme where each household is allowed one bulky waste collection, cost free, per year. For this we get a 'Sperrmüllkarte' from them which we can fill in and submit anytime in the calendar year.

We have inherited from the previous house-owners a quantity of unused fitted kitchen cabinet doors, panels, fittings, trimmings and pieces of laminated worktop. We would like to get rid of it, but we don't have transport to get it to a recyclinghof. So, we thought that we could play our Sperrmüllkarte, but in the section which describes what we would like collecting, it asks for the number of (Anzahl) by category to be collected, e.g. 1 couch and 3 book-cases would be ok. Nowhere does it say 'bits of a fitted kitchen', except possibly as 'Sonstiges'. And even if there was a category, how do you give the number? The number of possible kitchen cabinets that it could make up? The quantity of every bit of wood, edging and loose door hinge?

If anybody has ever used their local bulky-waste collection service, could they please advise? Are they strict about taking tangible named items (e.g. a bedstead), or aren't they so fussy as long as you're not trying to dispose of spent nuclear rods and asbestos roofing? If the latter, what would you put on the card?

Instead of counting each piece, why not try just putting down the Est. weight (In Kg). Not everything in Germany has to be so complicated.
Worse comes to worse I'm sure you can rent a van somewhere for a few hours and transport it yourself.

I think I'll not give the weight (haven't a clue!), but by putting a quantity in cubic metres next to 'Sonstiges' that would suffice to let the collection people know what to expect to pick up.
