So now that I have my projector set up it's time for a viewing night. And givent he fact that most people have yet to embrace the cultural expierence that is Dave Chappelle, I thought I would be an ambassador of his humor.

**warning, if you are easily offended by anything, please do not attend this viewing--topics covered include, race, poop, society, foul language, politics, etc

Sneak Preview

Also there will be some Mexican food provided for hors d'oeuvres. So you're welcome to sample some GOOD mexican food. (but i'm not cooking dinner for all of you yahoos) =>

My internet at home is schlect, courtesy of Deustch Telecom, so I can only access this during work.

Due to limited viewing space in the living room, there may be cap on enrollment. So PM me if you're coming so that I can keep track!

EDIT--
For those of us that can use a calendar (not I) Tuesday is the 14th! not the 17th! (if a mod could fix that, it would be great)

As always I am interested. Let me know if you're able to fit me into your Tuesday night viewing tongue.gif
I can bring a mostly empty bottle of Vodka as a bribe!

See you tomorrow, gringos.

hmm...wouldnt mind of mencia go better with the mexican food theme... tongue.gif

WuhAT! People have yet to experience all that is Chappelle? Lord almighty. I would have guessed that for Bill Maher or Mencia for that matter. Ah well. Fresh blood is always good. uhm. seeing as beer inhibits the ability to remember who people are, have you and I met yet crazy horce? Forgive the short-term memory loss.

Well I have a season of that as well, But I think Chappelle is better.

(Or i could have fried chicken and chitlins) lol
Crazy_horce
Yeah, we rode some crazy rides at the Wasen this weekend that left you quite dizzy if i remember correctly....And then i lost my sunglasses, but I think that was the beer... huh.gif
gAnji
oh holy CRAP. I'm THERE =) thanks for the gentle and non-embarassing reminder
serino78
you can keep the chitlins but i could fry up some catfish and cook some greens with a side of hot sauce...lol...

i got boondocks and couple of seasons of drawn together if you ever want to borrow, biggrin.gif
Crazy_horce
I might take you up on the boondocks, i've only seen a couple episodes. I've seen most all of the drawn together episodes.

Also, if there are not too many more people coming then the food may be enough to count as a meal. If you're still interested and haven't posted just let me know.
I guess with it being tuesday and woo doing the german speaking night there's not too many people free.

We may just have to bust out the blender and make some margaritas then!

i unfortunately can't make it , as i vowed to work on my pathetic german skills before you posted...sad i'm missing mexican and Chappelle, both wonderful things! naja, next time smile.gif have fun all and see you guys hopefully soon!
Crazy_horce
Yeah i didn't realize until after I had posted that "The Woo, German Linguisitc Adventure Dinner" was planned for this evening also. It was only advertised on facebook and i hadn't been able to check mine since tuesday, since my friends at deutsch telecom were so kind as to "upgrade" my line to a speed it couldn't handle.

None the less, we shall carry on. My german is not near good enough to attempt a whole dinner conversation, i can barely get my food ordered.
woo
thanks jason for making tonights pathetic attempt to improve our german more interesting than it actually is ;-) However im sure people will be swayed by the lure of food and massive projector.
would have come over but ... i need to be able to say more than 'beer please' etc
next time

Sorry for being so lame, fellow gringos, but I can't make it either now ;( Something's cropped up. Damn - and if all my US friends here are right then having never been to America I've never actually good Mexican food before.
