I checked my oil today and the dipstick was dry... So where in Munich can I get a lnger dipstick?

Alaskan dipstick. Lots of oil in Alaska.

Just give it a lick and stick it back in, the oil might just be a bit dry.

Dip sticks don't usually need to be replaced.. Esp. factory installed ones..
Perhaps your oil level is below the level the dipstick reaches, in which case your going to have some big trouble soon..

If I pour sand into that hole on top of the engine will that raise the oil level?

Yeah that may do it or I usually find that sometimes petrol engines need some diesel pouring into them to loosen up the oil a bit.

Yes, but doing so will totally screw you engine.. Try iron filings instead..

recycle your used chippan oil, but remember to filter it as you do not want burnt bits of chips in there
