The all-seeing Editor Bob wrote to me earlier about the T-Shirt designs.
Apart from one small change (adding the word "Munich") he was fine with us using the logo.
Here the revised design: (bigger version in white and red here).

I agree with Ben about getting iron-on logos instead of actually getting a batch of t-shirts printed.
Iron-on is cheaper (so more people would hopefully be interested) and less effort (no collecting people's shirt sizes).

So .. where do we get the iron-on prints made?

I love the new design! Not sure but: there's a digital printing store on Schellingstrasse that does mugs, posters, T-shirts, etc, but not sure if they just do iron-ons. I could ask, anyone know the German word for iron-on?

I use a place at Münchner Freiheit although not sure how much a standard iron on is. I think I paid about 15 Euros per T-Shirt (including the cost of the shirt itself) when I got some football T's done...

I could go by a place tomorrow and ask them. I have seen a shirt making company for logos between Goetheplatz towards Sendlinger Tor on a street to the right.

I wonder if you could iron it onto a frisbee without melting the plastic? Or could we make a stencil and spray paint them? Then laquer over the top?

Does it not make more sense to have white and black with the colours inverted? I think the red ones are gonna look rediculous.

Black is much easier for people to integrate with if they are joning the group for the first time (how many people own a red t shirt??)

I own a red T-shirt...but I agree Black and white..except it was pretty hot in black on Sunday...so maybe White and skin

the red colour of the t-shirt is arbitrary - the transfers would be single-colour,
one in white and one in black, so any t-shirt (dark or light) would be okay.

I know a shop at home in the UK (Primark...Shhh, don't tell anyone i've ever been in that shop! ) that does T-shirts crew or V neck in a few different colours but namely black and white for 3GBP(~5€). They are actually pretty good quality.

I'm going home in a few weeks so could pick up a couple extra if anyone wants any??

We could get some in Munich in h+m or other local stores for that so i wouldnt worry about getting them from the uk.

I'm not, just that i'll be getting a few for myself when I go back.

On a completely different subject, perhaps some of you guys would be interested in an outing to play frisbee golf at some point?
There's a 18 hole course about 30 minutes from Munich in Weilheim - I'm hoping to ride along there with a friend and his family next Saturday - if it's a: fairly decent, b: not too hard to get to and c: near a beer garden we could think about a Saturday field trip.

To get back to talking about ACTUAL ultimate games...

Wednesday cannot come quick enough. This weather just screams, "Play Ultimate!" Anyone up for a random game/throwaround (same bat time, same bat place) this (Tuesday) afternoon, as well as tomorrow? (I think I'm addicted to UF...)

If the weather's good, I'd be up for a throwaround and/or game this afternoon.

I've been feeling like crap the last day and a half, so it depends on what's up this afternoon. Also, if I do make it, I'd be a little late as I have to work extra time this week.

I was just thinking that general area. There's plenty of open space. The game probably won't be too big, so I'm betting we can fit somewhere.

P.S. I'm thinking this will just start as a throwaround. If we get enough people who want, then it can evolve into a game. Either way, I just wanna be outside with the disc!

No problem for organizing it! It was a blast! We ended up playing a little bit of 3v3 at the end, and Andre actually just happened to be riding by and joined in! Was a good time. I can't wait till tomorrow!
