No, that's an entirely different pestilent organism. The Ultimo Friseribus (toytownian) is found in dangerous concentrations, following a weekly migratory pattern. To be avoided if you wish to avoid serious expenditure of energy.
I'm planning to be at Frisbee on Sunday but seeing as this is my last day of internet access, I just wanted to say goodbye to those I won't see. It's been a blast.

Those of us there today were shocked to have only 4-on-4 with 1 sub (actually it started with 3-on-3!). It was a nice big field with no sunbathers, not too hot, no rain... good last game for Jeff I hope

It was a great time yesterday. Was it me or was there something in the air? I was so-o-o-o tired!
Anyway - nice pic there ... um, just a though, but I'm thinking just a little too much beer. Looks like fun!!

I have spanking new cleats that hopefully won't wear a hole in the bottom of my foot every game. Also they feel a lot more stable. So I should be able to run faster and corner better.
BTW, someone pls bring a bag big enough to take the cones. I think I'll either be too hung over to play Sun, or will be in the air getting the wrinkles out of my canopy.

It looks like a GREAT day for ultimate, so we can get a nice big cushy field. See everyone at 6ish. Anyone know an anti-rain dance? think sunshine!!
I probably will be in the Oktoberfest on Sunday morning (with Lederhosen!) so I could take the cones but they would next appear on Wednesday. Altho they were good drinking hats...

Sorry I had to bail on the biergarten (when they stopped serving beer at 8:xx and food even earlier!?). I have a blood sugar requirement, if it's too low and I don't get "proper food" I become... difficult. Yes, more difficult than usual

I'm seriously missing Ultimate these days - been out of the loop with a minor cold that just won't go away... And now I'll be out for another few sessions as I'm away next week on business!
I'll be back for the game on the 25th... Unless I'm passed out in a bush somewhere between Wies'n and home.

Krispy Kreme, Ben?? C'mon, that is crap. How about a real donut place:

In the Boston area, there is about one Dunkin Donuts for every 2500 people, the most Dunkin Donuts per capita anywhere.

I am with BSF. No donut is a real donut unless it's a Dunkin' Donut. Chosen out of a wall-sized rack of 50 tasty donut flavors. Dunkin has 2 flavors of coconut... KK has none.
Hayn, what's the news? Awaiting your post!
Any frisbee activities planned for this Sunday? I could run around some at 4, long's I get my washer and dryer moved into the flat by then.

Hiya everybody,
Marie and I had a good time hanging out on Wednesday. Bummer about them shutting down things there so early, though. Sorry we missed you, Dave.
Well, with no further fanfare, we'd like to introduce everyone to the most recent Ultimate-TT addition: Grace Collins Cope ...
Mother and child are doing extremely well. Vital statistics:3.66 kg (that's over 8 lb.s!!) 50 cm long and a great grip

I will likely NOT make a Sunday throw-around, so if not, have a great time and I'll catch up with you all soon.

Hi!
I've also just joined, and in fact I was at the park nearest gisellestr. yesterday at 4pm, but I couldn't see anyone with a frisbee

I stayed there from about 3:50-4:10pm and came back about 6pm after I went for a jog to Arabellapark (not intentionally!) Hopefully next weekend I'll find somebody. One potential problem is I only have access to internet at work.

OK, as jay alluded, from now on we will always be playing at Giselestrasse. The next couple of weeks are going to be touch and go competeing with oktoberfest, I hope to be along on Wednesday but I'll be out of town for the following two weeks. I'd like to appoint Jay in my stead to be the ringleader, will try to get the cones to him before I leave if I don't make it Wednesday.

Hi ThomasM -
just in case ... and this is something I tried to get us to address before ... when we say Giselastrasse, we don't really mean Giselastrasse. What we mean is Kleinhesselohe (across the lake and south of
Seehaus Biergarten) - and that
Giselastrasse is the U-bahn stop closest.
I hope there isn't any further confusion. When I started up in May, it took me a few weeks and finally some direct questioning to figure out what was meant.
In the same way -
Dietlindenstrasse actually refers to some space just north of Hirschgarten Biergarten (which apparently we'll likely not be using the rest of the year).
Everybody else - Mom and Grace are home as of this morning and "all shall be well, all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well."
See you soon.

Rousing game of 1 on 1 on 1 on 1. Also known as a 4 person throwaround with 2 discs.
I have to see if I can add some pics later, from the post-frisbee Oktoberfest outing with Jake, Andy, and myself. Benches were stood upon, Krugs were drunken from, memories were blacked out. Isn't that what cameras are for ;-)
