hmm ... this looks like the start of the end of an era for the conventional postage stamp. maybe it's about time I hunted out my stamp collection from when i was a kid ... that's got to be worth something if postage stamps are on the verge of extinction.

what will stamp collectors in germany do now? will they have huge books with rows of 10 of the same stamps now heh heh, ahhhh

I went in to the post office in Freising Monday and bought a stamp for a postcard, wasn't a problem.

I buy them quite often.
