Despite sending out an email to everyone, I have still only received payment from about 5 people, which is pretty poor gents. Anyway, if you have not yet paid I would ask you to bring the money with you to the first game. Alternatively you can transfer it to my bank account. Last year's regulars have to pay €114.35 (rebate from the subs fund) and all new players have to pay €129.35.

I'm aware that some of these players may have disappeared or lost interest so you need to hurry up and respond or I'll give your place away to the other guys itching for a place.

Are there any other indoor venues (e.g. company sports halls) in Munich, as I know a few people (former players from Frankfurt) who are interested in a regular Sunday lunchtime game?
Soccafive seems to be fully booked (well for the next weeks anyway).

Thanks for the maths work, Gaz! There are two guys on the list who may well not be playing as regulars though and they're still deciding. One won't be around for the first 6 weeks so I'm just talking to him about another arrangement. I'm sure we'll have 12 fixed when Friday rolls around, don't worry about dat. We never ever got all 12 last year so it wouldn't kill us anyway but I don't think that'll happen.

Whatever happens all extra money will go into the subs fund. After discussing it with a few others, this year all the money from the subs will go into an end of season football boys night out fund. All of the regulars will be invited and will have the chance to attend and drink the fund dry! Probably some time around May. Sound good?

Just on Jay's note, is there anywhere that we can get a decent game of 11's even just once a month, providing we can get the numbers? I'm not talking about 3 bags and a jumper down in the English Gardens, but an actual pitch with goals, lines and maybe even corner flags!!!

Just feel you can't a game of 11's. Anyone got any ideas?

As with the Irish rovers place, I walked by yesterday night, looks nice with restaurant, big playgrounds with lights etc but it's all outdoors and gets really cold

Don't the Rovers also have an indoor hall as well?

The playing surface at soccer world looks better (I personally hate Socca 5 when it comes to that), but the location is not as good as far as MVV is concerned...

Our game tonight is full as a mofo. Claydog's not gonna score one goal tonight - I'm gonna see to that!

However, another bunch of mates are playing on another pitch at the same time (6 pm). They need one more player so give me a shout if you're keen.

Answer...2!! As predicted!! After his 12th beer in the pub on Friday after footy (and before the Champagne! and killer gringo number) he admitted that despite his desperate efforts, he was powerless to prevent DJJG's guff prediction from coming true!

My prediction this week? There will be a tremendous battle between Claydog and JOB. I'll let them explain...!!
