Can't believe you have got away with this until now!

I will be picking up he orders for March on the 23.03.07. to be delivered on the 24.03.07.at the same time i will place an order for April.This will be ready around the end of April so if anyone would like bacon for the end of April please P.M. or e mail me before the 22.03.07.

I don't regularly have full English breakfasts, but today, just for a treat I did and what a treat it was.
Tomato, sausage, mushrooms and Mik's bacon.

I have in the past sometimes tried various makes of German attempts at bacon, one of which was edible, but all pale into insignificance compared to this.

Picked up the bacon from Mik on Saturday and fantastic it is. Only to be recommended and cooks just like proper british bacon, none of that streaky american turns to charcole in 3 seconds nonsense.

It was the smell, as soon as I started cooking the stuff, it was like the old bisto adverts. The kitchen was full in seconds.

Great stuff Derek.Glad you and the rest liked the stuff.Now guys i am beginning to get a little bit of hassle off the butcher.It would be a lot better if i can stick an order in in a lump sum.Up to now i have extended the order 3 times for the next delivery.There could be a danger of some bacon being taken out of the brine early, and we would not want that as it affects the taste.In future i will post when i am taking orders that will be ready 4 weeks after.

Thank you all for the verification that the bacon is up to your high standards.The next batch i will be picking up in the middle of July.I will then be placing orders for August.Anybody ordering for August should be sure they will be here to pick it up because after that i wil be having a well earned holiday in Spain with the family and cannot deliver until after the first week in September.Might check out the pigs in Spain while i am there.

In case people have not heard i also do Walkers Crisps.all varieties and tastes although some may have to be specially ordered from England.36% cheaper than the prices in the pubs in Münich and Subway.However i do not sell single packets.P.M.me for more details
