I watched the cooking competition on Kabel 1 ( I think that was the channel)...was very interesting. Was the african chef from Senegal...will he be cooking?

shame, we shall be at the Octoberfest that day. I would have loved to have tried it.

Would that not be the ideal day for it? You'll be peckish after a few ales surely?

Yes, the cook will be the same one that cooked with me on Kabel 1. He is from Senegal. Should be a great combination of the kitchens!

knowing me, I'll be completely hammered and full of Wies'n Hendl. This is the sort of food you want to enjoy sober, so you can actually remember eating it the next day.

darn, I really wanted to make the next event they did too. I love the food there, and the service is great.
