Step aerobics in Frankfurt

I would like to know if there are any step aerobics classes that I could go to and if anyone else is going to these aswell, are they any good? do I need to speak German and how much do they cost?

Hi Sarah,

I go to the TG Bornheim they have many different step courses and a bargain at only 9€ a month. You can see the programme under the tab 'Belegplan'

I do not think you really need to be able to speak German I mean the explanations are reasonably basic 'links' 'rechts' etc and the words for the different steps are the same in English.

I normally go on Monday and Friday at 18:00 and would be happy to have a bit of company. I have been known to go other days too though.

Think I might go on Tuesday and Thursdays 7-8pm, I would struggle to make it for 6pm, you fancy coming those times?

I have been to the Tuesday 7pm with R Köhler and she is quite good. It is a bit more old fashioned style step but I like it. At the moment I am not able to make Tuesday's though but that might change. Also in the SCB there is a 7pm class with K Kurzera I think more beginners level and she is an excellent instructor in my opinion.

I have not been very often on a Thursday but might well be up for giving it a try!
