Running partners sought in Wiesbaden

I am in search of a running partner in the Wiesbaden area. I have really been in a rut with running especially since I can not get the motivation to go out alone especially in the coldlate sunrise and early sunset. If your interested in starting to jog/run or currently run up to 20kilometers a week and looking for a partner I am the one:) I run about a 28 minute 5k on a good day so please, if your fast ignore this post-LOLAlso if your interested in training for a 5 or 10k I am also looking to sign up for one in the spring:)

Well I live in Frankfurt so a bit far for running together but I know how you feel. I have been spending too much time in the gym and not outside running at all the last few weeks.

I was up to about 26minutes for a 5km last summer so I am not really fast either.

But I wanted to say I'll be entering lots of 5k and 10k and probably at least one half marathon over next few months. There is also the womens run in Frankfurt in July. I'll be doing that one too.

Thanks for the reply. I ran the women's run in Frankfurt last year. It was really cool!!I was so happy once it was all over though, boy was it hot- I will do it again just for the pink shirt and bag;)

We should try and get a team together I have tried the last 2 years but never been much enthusiasm.

hey if all of you are serious I'd love to join the future running club, I only do about 3 - 5k a day but would love to go with a big group as opposed to just my ipod and myself. I run in Mainz where I live but would run anywhere as long as it's an interesting run like near the water or something.

Saturday that sounds great! I think we could arrange something where we can find some nice paths-maybe on mapmyrun.com. I found somone to run with on Saturday mornings at 730am in Wiesbaden-If we could get a little group going we could do Mainz one day and Wiesbaden another! And if anyone in Frankfurt was interested we could do one in frankfurt as well!

That sounds good I am happy with Saturday morning but maybe not the others I run with here...

I would be down for running at 7:30 am on Saturdays in Frankfurt. However I injured my right ankle two days ago and as soon as it gets healed (hurts like hell right now), I'll give you guys a shout.

I'm new to Wiesbaden. I used to run regularly, and hope to get back into it. Based on the above posts are there any semi regular meetups, or if not, anybody interested?

I live in Wiesabaden and am up for some running too...i have given up beer for a month so i need something to fill my time on Sunday mornings when i would usually be sleeping off a hangover
I can cover flat 10 km in 50 mins to 1 hour to give you an idea of my standard.
