Hi all, anyone interested in getting a group together to watch the above match (Wednesday 7 May, 8pm kick-off). We could call ourselves the TTF (Toytown Firm wink.gif )

Won't be going to that one (work calls) but was at the Frankfurt - Dortmund game on Friday. Quite a good game and at long last the weather is reasonable so you're not freezing your knackers off by halftime.
Lifeisabuffet
I am interested in watching that game.
Kuzzer
Count me in, @geoff.

Good stuff, 3 in so far, anyone else?

Kuzzer and Lifeisabuffet - do you have any preferences for pre-match meeting time and place.

Darmstadt - I hear ya. I saw a game on a Friday night in early Feb...it was a challenge smile.gif

I would go on the firm for this one but pay day isn't for another 2 weeks sad.gif

Going to be watching the Palace clinch a play off spot on Sunday though!

None whatsoever - I will be in Sachsenhausen en-route to the game . . . so any suggestions will be welcomed.

Well done Eagles and Baggies, good luck for the play-offs and next season!! I'm still waiting for Everton limping towards the UEFA Cup ahead of Villa mad.gif

Regarding the game, i think the stadium is on S 7-9 which I think goes from Sudbahnhof which may be close to you Kuzzer (?). Or Hauptbahnhof is always a good bet.

Any better ideas would also be welcomed...

I am a social pariah. There: got it over and done with.

Yup - you guessed it - my workload has conspired to prevent me from going to the footie tonight - massive apologies to you guys, and enjoy the game. One of the drawbacks of being a consultant . . . and in the words of the late, great The Pop Group - "We are all . . . . . . . ."

Promise I'll make it to at least one game next season cool.gif .

Are you talking about going to the actual game or not? If so how does this work? I am in two minds about being able to make it tonight of course, but for future reference is it possible to just walk up and buy tickets at the gate unlike in the UK? Or do you have tickets booked already and are just looking for people to fill them or what? Fill in the newbie smile.gif

When you support the team you support I guess you can!

Certainly none of the games or teams Id be interested in going to see allow you to just walk up and get tickets on the gate on the day smile.gif
nick60599
My local team you mean? The team with players with whom I can identify?

Actually, scratch that. Can't be bothered to start an argument smile.gif

Frankfurt is normally sold out but if you get there early enough (for a smaller game) you can get tickets at the gate
geoffyeats1979
Indeed, I've only been once but we paid at the gate easy enough.

Toffees in Europe next year cool.gif

Wouldnt mind going to see them play stuttgart or munich. How does one get tickets.
